Compact and efficient inverter for flexible charging applications: SMARTconverter DC
The new SMARTconverter DC sets standards for charging traction batteries of parked rail vehicles. With an output of 80 kW, it supplies the DC link of a traction converter quietly, safely and galvanically isolated from the local grid. Thanks to its compatibility with CEE sockets (3 x 230/400 V AC, 50 Hz) for 125 A or 63 A, the SMARTconverter DC can be used universally. Its compact dimensions, low weight and quiet, energy-efficient operation are particularly impressive.
